100% of your monthly fee is deposited into your personal beauty wallet. It's not a fee — it's your money, stored for you to use on any treatment whenever you're ready. Think of it as a beauty savings account with VIP perks.
Can I upgrade my tier anytime?
Absolutely. You can move up a tier at any point and immediately start enjoying the additional benefits. Your wallet balance carries over — nothing is lost.
Is there a contract or commitment?
All memberships have a standard 6-month minimum commitment period ($250 early cancellation fee). After that, your membership runs month-to-month. If you decide to pause or cancel, your wallet balance remains available to use on future visits.
What's the $7/unit Botox pricing compared to regular?
Our standard Botox rate is $9/unit. At $7/unit, members save over 22% on every single treatment — that adds up quickly, especially for regular maintenance.
How do add-ons work?
Add-ons are optional monthly subscriptions available to any member, regardless of tier. The add-on fee is separate from your wallet deposit and gives you a recurring treatment at a deeply discounted rate. You lock in the intro price for 3 months, then it adjusts to the ongoing member rate — still well below retail.
Can I use my wallet balance on anything?
Yes — your wallet balance can be applied toward any treatment or service at Zina Cosmetic Centre. It's fully flexible.
